Once you've created your class, (i.e. "A Period English), do the following:

  1. Select the class by tapping it (i.e. A Period English), click the Actions button, then click Invite. The Invitation Window will appear on your device. Write the code on the board.


  2. Tell the students to: tap Settings, tap Classroom (this will pop up underneath Bluetooth), and tap the name of your class that appears in blue (it may take 10 seconds or so to appear). Once they tap the class name, they will be prompted to type in the code and add their name if their name isn't added already; then they tap "add". Once they tap "add", they will then see "waiting for teacher appear" and a wheel spin next to the class name, and you will see their name and icon appear in the Invitation Window on your iPad.  

  3. Review the list of students in the window to make sure all your students appear in it, then tap/click Add once all your students have appeared inside the Invitation Window.

    You can add more students at any time by doing this same process, even after you've added the majority of your students.

  4. That's it!
