1. Go to Resources> Apps> Google Drive Resources APP > and make sure it is Installed. If not, it would ask you to "Approve". Select " Approve".
If she is connected, the next steps we suggest are the following:

1. Log out of all Google accounts on their device 
2. Clear their cache and delete cookies on the browser 
3. Navigate to the area where they received the error message 
4. Copy and paste the following link into the browser: https://lti-submission-google.app.schoology.com/authorize/logout

This should force log them out of their Google accounts and prompt them to log back in.
