We can now:

Restrict access to a Zoom Meeting to using a linked SMHS Gmail account.
- This option can be turned off for NON SMHS Gmail accounts.
- Advanced analytics, allows us to log the IP address of offenders, possibly allowing us to identify them.

Provide a greater level of support from IT.
- We can view logs about connectivity issues, see who attends meetings.
- View a list of live meetings and join to provide assistance. (Meetings will show we joined as a Co-Host)
IMPORTANT: "Only authenticated users can join meetings" means students MUST sign into Zoom with their SMHS Gmail account before they can join a meeting with this setting on.
Helpful Note: Meetings already scheduled do not have the settings changed when they are created. If you are using a recurring meeting that was previously created, please review your settings.
