We can now:

  1. Restrict access to a Zoom Meeting to using a linked SMHS Gmail account.
    1. This option can be turned off for NON SMHS Gmail accounts. 
  2. Advanced analytics, allows us to log the IP address of offenders, possibly allowing us to identify them.
  3. Provide a greater level of support from IT.
    1. We can view logs about connectivity issues, see who attends meetings.
    2. View a list of live meetings and join to provide assistance. (Meetings will show we joined as a Co-Host)


IMPORTANT:  "Only authenticated users can join meetings" means students MUST sign into Zoom with their SMHS Gmail account before they can join a meeting with this setting on.


Helpful Note: Meetings already scheduled do not have the settings changed when they are created.  If you are using a recurring meeting that was previously created, please review your settings.
