The best way to share the submissions to a Google Form is with Google Sheets (Google's version of Excel). To place your submissions into a Google Form:
- Go to the Form
- Click "Responses"
- Click the green Sheets icon
- "Create a new spreadsheet" will be selected if you haven't already done this step. Adjust the name as necessary and click "Create"
- Click the green Sheet icon again.
- Click the "Share" button in the upper right corner.

In People, enter the name of the person to share with. You can modify their permissions to one of the following: Can Edit, Can Comment/View, Can View.
- Add a note, if needed.
