The best way to share the submissions to a Google Form is with Google Sheets (Google's version of Excel).  To place your submissions into a Google Form:

  1. Go to the Form
  2. Click "Responses"
  3. Click the green Sheets icon Screen Shot 2020-04-24 at 9.42.50 AM.png
  4. "Create a new spreadsheet" will be selected if you haven't already done this step. Adjust the name as necessary and click "Create"
  5. Click the green Sheet icon again.
  6. Click the "Share" button in the upper right corner.
  7. In People, enter the name of the person to share with.  You can modify their permissions to one of the following: Can Edit, Can Comment/View, Can View.

  8. Add a note, if needed.
  9. Click "Send"
