You may find the need to have phone conversations with multiple parties. We have two Conference Bridges. These allow multiple (no real limit on number) people to call into the phone number and speak to each other. These are not for screen or video sharing, phones only.
IMPORTANT: I've added these as "rooms" in Google Calendar. To avoid overlapping use, please create a calendar event and include the Room.
If the bridge doesn't show when "Available rooms only" is selected, that means someone else has scheduled it.
Below are the two Conference Bridges numbers. This allows two separate conference calls at the same time. You only give out the 800# and Participant number to callers. You would call in to the 800# and enter the Moderator code. I've attached the manual/how-to guide for your reference.
